Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit our website! I hope it gives you a flavour of what is on offer at our wonderful school, alongside some practical information for parents. I am extremely proud to be the headteacher at St. Paul’s: a small, friendly school which has served the parish of St. Paul’s and beyond since 1843.

Our dedicated team believe in providing the children with a wealth of learning opportunities designed to nurture the whole child. An emphasis is placed on active, outdoor learning as it improves both children’s wellbeing and their attainment. We are lucky enough to have amazing school grounds with an acre of woodland, a pond, a large playground and field to make this happen.

I warmly welcome applications from any families within the area, who would like their child to benefit from the excellent education that St. Paul’s offers. Under the coordinated admissions arrangements there is no longer a separate application form for our school. All applications for a Year 3 place should be made on the general application form provided by the County Council. For a place in year 4, 5, or 6, please contact us directly.

However, nothing can replace a personal visit to the school and you are very welcome to come and look around to see our amazing grounds in use and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
